I was having trouble with my SkyConnect which was previously working fine, so I decided to try and start over, I deleted the ZigBee home automation and silicon labs integration and restarted Home Assistant. It has re discovered the SkyConnect Multi-PAN but when I click configure I get a message saying unknown error occurred. What can I do to fix this? Is there a was to set the SkyConnect back to factory settings?
I’ve been having this same issue and others since I started trying to install this yesterday. I got so frustrated that I even wiped the whole NUC and started all over again. I did once manage to get the old Sonoff dongle to finally set up and ZHA to load, but only managed to get one device to pair of the 5 I tried. So, I tried to migrate to the Skyconnect with no luck. It goes around in this cycle:
I’ve been using HA for two years now and starting with a fresh install, I’ve never seen so many problems with simple things that used to work. Not even being able to get Skyconnect to work or my old Sonoff dongle is getting very frustrating. Sadly, I’ll probably have to go back to Hue, just to get some control over my lights again.
