Hi,
I am trying to pair zigbee devices to a skyconnect dongle, using ZHA on home assistant green. I have followed the installation instructions (Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1) but it fails to pair any device. I’ve been trying with an IKEA vindstyrka and trådfri lightbulbs, but nothing is ever detected.
I have changed the included USB cable for a 2m long cable, and tried both USB ports. I have also flashed the firmware to the latest version. I deleted and reinstalled the zigbee integration. I tried different Zigbee channels (11, 15, 20 and 25). The exact skyconnect serial number was mentioned in an earlier thread so I tried to rename it following the instructions (SkyConnect plugged... no response. Help needed - #2 by moralmunky). After each change I restarted the home assistent device, but no luck so far.
This is on a home assistant green running the latest version of everything:

- Operating System 13.1
- Frontend 20240809.0
Is there anything obvious I am overlooking?
