I’ve got a SkyConnect stick which I use in combination with a Synology NAS. It all works fine - for a while. Every now and then the stick just disconnects and I have to re-assign the stick in Synology VM Manager to the VM and reload the ZHA integration, after which it works again. Is there anyone with a similar issue and perhaps a fix?
It looks a lot like the issues I had with z-wave js a while back, when the soft reset (?) feature was introduced. This was made optional soon after.
I’ve also read about the stick behaving erratically when close to a USB3 outlet. I am using the extend cord and I can’t imagine the port of the Synology would still interfere with the stick from that distance.
