Skyconnect ZBT-1 not working with Zigbee

Hi team,
I have the home assistant green, and the ZBT-1 connected to it (using the USB cable that came in the box). I was able to get it set up with Thread, but now I realize that I don’t have Thread devices but instead have Zigbee devices. After reading up about it, HA does not recommend having both Thread and Zigbee at the same time, so I deleted Thread and tried to add Zigbee. When I did I got this message:
"## Zigbee Home Automation

Your device is running the wrong firmware and cannot be used with ZHA until the correct firmware is installed. A repair has been created with more information and instructions for how to fix this."

I clicked the link, it brought me to HA, and gave me this message: “There are currently no repairs available”

What steps should I try to get Zigbee working on the Skyconnect, instead of Thread?
Thank you for taking the time to check out this question.

info about HA:

  • Core 2024.9.1
  • Supervisor 2024.09.1
  • Operating System 13.1
  • Frontend 20240906.0

(Maybe reset the Skyconnect firmware, so it brings me back to the setup for Thread or Zigbee?
If so, how can I go about doing that?)

Reflash the adapter with Zigbee EmberZNet NCP firmware to make it a dedicated Zigbee Coordinator

And how is that done? Is there a procedure?
