SkyConnect/ZBT-1 "unsuported_firmware"

Hi,

im trying to use my ZBT-1 following this “getting started”: Home Assistant Connect ZBT-1
but when plugging in the dognle and using the pop-up in HA, i can select “Thread” (like in step 3 of the “getting started”) and be greeted with a “unsuported_firmware” dialog.

step 2 of “getting started” is not available, i only see cpu and ram under “hardware”

any tipps?

i have flashed every firmware available but its always telling “unsuported_firmware”, ive even tried to flash older ones from here: silabs-firmware-builder/firmware_builds/skyconnect at main · darkxst/silabs-firmware-builder · GitHub

can i increase the debugging level somewhere to get a more verbose error message?

Maybe open a ticket with NabuCasa. It is their hardware.
