I have been using the SkyConnect since March this year, with no issue at all.
Now suddenly a lot of sensors , xiaomi aqara motion sensors, Are not connected any more.
And the same issus with Ikea lights.
Has any one the same issues?
I there a better way then delete, reset them and rejoin them again.

You can try power-cycle Zigbee Coordinator and then restart ZHA or reboot Home Assistant. You should not need to delete them. At the very worst you might have to factory reset and re-pair devices that do not re-join.
