Slider-entity-row.js in Lovelace - where does resource go?

Since there is no lovelace-ui file anymore when you configure everything through the front end, where do I enter this?

  - url: /local/slider-entity-row.js
    type: js

Click Configure UI
Click the 3 dot menu in the top right and select Raw config editor

Enter it in there. I have mine at the top but I don’t think it matters
