Slow or no load with Nabu Casa link

For several weeks, or even months, I’ve had issues when accessing HA via my Nabu Casa link. I always get the screen below. I need to click “Retry now” several times to get it to load. And it’s been getting worse and slower to load. When I log on with HAs local IP address (192.168.1.100:8123) everything works perfectly.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I also have a Duckdns URL set up that points to my HA. When I use that it’s just as fast as using the local IP. So it seems the issue is Nabu Casa.

I assume that you have followed the troubleshooting steps on Nabu Casa support page. If so, you should log a ticket.

I am having this same issue, did you ever find a fix by any chance?

My solution was to load the local address (192.168.1.111) when on the same LAN as HA and only use the Nabu Casa link when on a different network.

Did you manage to resolve slow loading when using Nabu Casa Cloud? I’m having this exact issue also for the last few weeks…?

Same issue here. And its not a solution for me because its only down when i am not at home…
