Is it possible to setup a smart button to run an HA script?
As an example is it possible to use the button in the link to run a script to close all the lights and shutters?

Yes, just use the button press as a trigger in an automation that then calls the script in the automation action section.
or, look at Switch Manager which can do this part for you. You can install it via HACS.
