Smart doorbell and using hub instead of usb zigbee dongle

Hello community

  1. When the doorbell rings, I want it to be reflected on the TV and play sound throughout the house, but I couldn’t find which button the doorbell is.
  2. Would it make sense to use a hub instead of USB to connect Zigbee products to homeassistant? Can homeassistant hubs be used as USB dongles, thank you in advance.

If you mean a Tuya ZigBee hub or an Aqara ZigBee hub, they can’t be used as a dongle with ZHA or Zigbee2mqtt, only cloud based.

what about sonoff hub
so how can I make homeassistant send a notification when the doorbell rings? I tried a little but I couldn’t do it.
