Smart Life (Tuya) room thermostats BHT-002-GAW show wrong (target) temperate when integrated, also don't show actual temperature

I’ve installed the following room thermostats for my home with floor heating: BHT-002-GAW (Link) and following the steps to integrate them to HA: first I’ve included them to the Smart Life app itself, then made a Tuya IOT developer account, included the SmartLife app to that Tuya IOT dev account and lastly integrated the dev account into HA (as described here). HA has also immidiately recognized the room thermostats as new devices.

The temperature is being displayed completely wrong and what’s even more curious is that what temperature seems to be displayed is only the target temperature, not the actual temperature as it’s being sensed. Does anyone know how to fix these errors?

Unfortunately we’re having a mexican standoff where HA devs won’t implement a hacky solution and Tuya/chinese manufacturer don’t care to fix their weird bugs. At the end, the end-user is the losing party
