I am trying to find a good smart lock to meet my needs.
I need the smart lock to be able to tell me if a code/fingerprint is used vs a key.
What I want to be able to do is give our pet sitter a code when we are out of the house. The alarm will be armed, so I want to be able to setup an automation that disables the alarm when a code is used.
I am currently using the Nest x Yale lock that is integrated into home assistant using Home Bridge as a bridge, but it can only tell me if the lock is opened or closed.
Any suggestions? I am considering testing out the Abode Lock because that is the security system I am using and would be nice for it to all fall under the same umbrella.
