I need some help finding the best smart lock that has the following features (most preferred to least preferred):

Ecosystem support: HomeKey / HomeKit
Capabilities: User/Code Detection on Home Assistant + Lock Control / Lock Control only
Integration: Local / Cloud

Aqara U200 would have been absolutely perfect if it could do user detection

Have you looked at Nuki? I think you can assign different codes to different people.
