Smart things or zwave usb stick

I have hassio set up on a Rpi. What would be better to handle my zwave devices as my old bridge is not functional anymore smartthings or zwave usb stick

A USB stick means that you’re not relying on the Internet and SmartThings working…

The USB stick by a one billion times multiplied by one billion and then multiply that again. The ST hub bridge thing is hacky at best due to the constraints that ST brings with it. Plus as side before if the internet and/or their service is down the bridge won’t work.

thank you guys for the advice - got usb stick today and soooooooooo much easier to configure and get going
