Hello,
I was wondering what the best approach is for built in light switches, with the following requirements:
- Built into the wall
- Can be connected via Zigbee or Z-Wave to Home Assistant (I have a husbzb-1 stick)
- Works without Home Assistant (eg when Home Assistant is unresponsive for whatever reason, the lights can still be controlled by manually pushing the buttons)
- Support dimming
I have used Home Assistant before, but I’m starting a completely new setup from scratch.
I’d like to install permanent switches instead of all bulbs being separately connected to Home Assistant.
What should I look for in the switches to be sure they support those features, or any suggestions?
I live in Europe (Belgium), if that makes any difference.
Thanks in advance!
