Smartthings cloud not validate webhook url

Hello All,

I search and googled, but still unable to fix this issue

I am using my own domain with lets encrypt cert.
and TLS I confirm is 1.2 not 1.3 “firefox console showing the TLS is 1.2”

I have no idea, please help

My env is
HomeAssistant 2021.4.3 “docker” host on Synology with built in Reverse proxy server
the build in Reverse proxy is Nginx
I also try to not use the build in RP, and config another Nginx RP that’s suppose work with Smartthings “refer to the document” but still not work

Please help me to fix this issue
