Trying to figure out how to fix issue with SmartThings
it was working prior to upgrade to 0.89, however after upgrade it asked me to ingrate again, at which point have tried everything, but no luck so far…
I successfully generated new token, removed old one.
Now in SmartThings app whenever I’m trying to go and add/authorize and app I see 3 identical home assistant apps to chose from, and have not found way to remove them… none of them listed in groovy IDE under my SmartApps
whenever I click on any and all of them, getting screen flash, and getting message “Something went wrong” or “Something Went Wrong. Try Again”
can somebody tell me how to remove them from list of available apps when you going to: “my apps” in order to add new SmartApp and what should I do to reauthorize them
I’ve been having the “something went wrong” issue since I first tried the integration in 0.87. I’ve gone through all troubleshooting steps and tried every little thing I could find on the forums with no luck.
Something that got others up and running was to turn off wifi when setting up the smart app in the classic app.
Another was to forward port 443 and try changing your base_url to just “https://yourdomain” before going through the integration setup.
Neither worked for me unfortunately but you might give them a shot.
My issue was somewhere within samsung infrastructure… as it worked later same day w/o any changes on my side… the only thing I had to do is to clear all webapps installed by HA
I’m having a similar issue and have two (2) Home Assistant apps showing in my Smartthings Classic app. I’m unable to remove these instances from Smarrthings Classic app and they aren’t available in the Samsung IDE Smart “My Smart Apps” tab.
I had the Smartthings component working and then removed it to perform some testing. When I attempted to reinstall the Smartthing component I get an error. Any thoughts or resource I should research to resolve this issue.
My efforts to resolve this issue haven’t been successful and no additional progress has been made. I hesitate to uninstall the Smartthings Classic app since everything but HA is working well. I’m open to suggestions or possible solutions if you have any ideas. All the best.
whenever you using classic app, and starting integration, something what have helped was to disable wifi on the phone, this way whenever you need to login into HA, you will hit your HA externally and not from the inside of your house
