Smartthings Integration not working, need help

I have recently upgraded to 092.1, and all (apparently) working, however I was l looking into adding new smartthings devices, and the smartthings app was giving me an error ( so maybe not everything was OK): “Somethings’s wrong, we can’t load your screen right now”.
So decided to delete and reinstall the smartthings integration
I did follwo the instructions creating the token and the app installs it without a problem, but when I try to add the integration, clicking "submit, I get
"Please install the Home Assistant SmartApp in at least one location and click submit.

Please ensure you have installed and authorized the Home Assistant SmartApp and try again.
I have tried to delete and generate a new token at least 4-5 times now, but I still get the same problem
I tried to restore the pre-0.92.1 version snapshot and tried to reset the access token, but I still get the same error, so it seems is NOT related with the 0.2 upgrade
My suspicion is with the android app: as the smartapp “Home Asssistant” cannot be deleted, so all you can do is install a new one
Any help will be greatly appreciated

Solved!!
I was right: I HAD to delete the previous instance of “Home Assistant” SmartApp from the Android Smarthings App, however on the Smartthings Classic app there is no option for doing that
I had to uninstall and installed the ( new) smartthings app ( which for some reason cannot connect to my hub), then delete the Smartapp
After that, I reinstalled the classic app and the instance was gone, so I had recreated it, and now everything is working
I’m going to upgrade ( again) to 0.92.1. Will update once is done

just upgraded to 0.21.1 and everything looks good!

Hi!

I am facing the exact same issue. I did not set up Home assistant before this on my Hassio. First attempt so i did not have to remove MQTT-Bridge

  1. I am using Home Assistant cloud - Nabu Casa.
  2. I created the token on samsung smart things web page.
  3. Created an integration on under configuration page of home-assistant. Copied and pasted the token. It asks me to create at least one instance of smart things app.
  4. I installed smart-things classic on my android
  5. Go on to add the smart app

Now, initially it said - “Something went wrong” Still the app gets added.
When i try to open that app - something went wrong we cant load your screen right now.
I cant even delete the smart-app.

Help is highly appreciated

Using - Home Assistant 96.2 in Raspberry Pi 3B+. Very new to this
