SmartThings Integration - State of Entities Not updating

Hope someone can assist.

The state of my SmartThings entities is not updating.

I noticed this a while ago with my Yale lock but assumed it may have been down to the lock trying to maybe preserve battery as I have not replaced them yet.

However yesterday I added some temp sensors and they do not update their state unless I reload the SmartThings integration.

Is anyone aware of what could cause this or a solution?

I was considering maybe a script that reloads the integrations, but think that it would need to run fairly often so doesn’t seem like the most practical solution.

Same issue for me started recently. Turned on debug for SmartThings, but nothing in the logs at all. I have had to create an automation that reloads the integration every 5 minutes so I at least get some data, but it’s screwing up a lot of automations. Anyone know a better way of debugging this?
