Quite a lot of posts on this but still no solution.
Using the Z2M (and ZHA I believe) the power entity does not get updated, pressing synch in MQTT updates as does publishing a message to MQTT. All very curious.

Are the power entities there, or enabled, in the integrations panel where the entity configuration lives?
Yes, present and enabled
That looks to be updating by the numbers.
If you look, the plug is switched off! Previously the power was updated as explained in my post.
