I have 11 Smartwings shades (covers) installed in my network using a Sonoff Zigbee USB3 Dongle Plus V2. It works great for 10 of the 11, but the 11th is now throwing out an error I don’t understand. I’ve attached a screen shot of the error I get when I try to ‘reconfigure’ in the Zigbee module. I am not using Mosquito.
Thanks for any ideas you might have. Leaving town for weekend and would love to fix before I leave for happy wife…
I have the same hardware as you but currently only 1 device. I’m interested because I may ad as many as 30 blinds.
Have your tried un-pair or take off line a working blind, the doing the reconfigure? Then try to add back the one take off-line? This would tell you there was a limitation to the number of devices. This means it could be the Sonoff device.
If you still get the message with the one device, factory reset. If the problem follows the one device, it’s probably defective
