Hi All, hope this is the right place to post my question.
Last week, they broke into our neighbors’ place and the alarm system detected it, but the alarm that went off is barely audible, if at all, in the room they managed to get into.
Now, my idea was to use the X-sense smoke sensors (which are installed in every room) as sirens (the alarm company cannot provide extra sirens). I can activate the test function of the sensors from HA; by repeating that, you can essentially simulate a siren. Has anyone done something similar or has a better idea?
