Snapshots - partial without database

When creating snapshots for backup, when there are checkboxes for partial snapshot, add ability to except the database, so the snapshot can be smaller.

Currently my snapshot is about 1.5 GB, probably most of the things are history logs and data collected log, it should be possible to backup, just configuration, states etc.,

Sorry, about terminology, I am new to HA.

When I restored a snapshot onto my new Home Assistant Blue device it would not work. After troubleshooting I found that the database was corrupt in the snapshot. I had to delete MariaDB and recreate it in order to get it working.
