So I’m going to rebuild my system and was wondering if there are any advantages between the 32 or 64 bit versions of HA.

I’m installing ona Pi4 and will be using Z Wave devices a few Shelly’s and a Sonoff or two… nothing exotic save possibly my Reolink cameras

Depends on the RAM in the Pi I believe. 4GB is the max that 32bit can address. 64bit can access ~16 million TB.

I’ve forgotten what size my Pi is… is there a way to check visually?

I don’t know.
But just shove Ubuntu or something on a USB stick and do a live boot (ie without installing). And you’ll be able to find out.
