Quick question I’ve been trying to find a soil sensor but had assumed I would have to build my own from an ESP32 or ESP8266 board…but just found this.
Has anyone tried one of these boards and integrated into HA?

I haven’t.
But have you looked at Mi Flora? I think a lot of people just settle for that or similar. I have two.
Recently I also did something a bit more DIY.
