Solar ble Rgb led

I found these pretty cool solar LEDs that work with tuya.
They’re ble using the BT3L chip set.

Wondering if anyone got them to work without tuya.
I’m going to try and fiddle with the local tuya options but was wondering if anyone had succeeded at this.

Struggling a bit with the local tuya options.
