Solar flux from weather station to daily solar energy

I just got myself a Ecowitt Wittboy and am very pleased with it and the Integration.
I note that one of the sensors is Solar Radiation in W/m^2 and wondered if I could convert that to a Daily Solar Energy sensor in WHrs. Obviously some integration function but it’s a bit beyond me.
On an optimistic note the Wittboy/HA Integration does much the same thing, deriving the Day’s Rainfall (mm/day) from the instantaneous rainfall rate (mm/hr), so it must be doable somehow.

I have the same station and just tried this out.

Create an integral helper with the radiation sensor using left method and then create a utility meter helper using the new integral helper, set to daily.

This will give you a sensor for daily radiation energy

Thanks. I’ve done that but it’s night time now so I’ll have to wait till morning to see if I got it right. I’ll get back.
Edit:
Yes, it seems to be working and the figures are looking credible. Thanks.
Only curiosity is the Units it assigns automatically being W/m^2h. I think it should be Wh/m^2.
