SolarEdge monitoring reports site not active

I am trying to load and configure the SolarEdge Monitoring App. I have my site aID and API key and using my browser I can successfully use those to pull back data. When I try to configure the SolarEdge integration it keeps telling me the site is not active. What silly step am I missing?

Having the same problem… first thought it was because it was recently installed (Monday 20th)
If any one has a solution please share!

Same problem here too with the last version of Home Assistant Container (2022.6.7) on a Pi.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks!

I created a bug report for this.

Glad it isn’t just me - I’ll be following the bug report.

I’ve got the same issue, Did you guys manage to resolve it?
Maybe it needs some time after activating the API key, but that would be weird seeing I can use the API key in my browser for instance.

According to the bug report, this ought to be fixed. But I just tried to add the solaredge integration to HA for the first time and I get the " The site is not active" error. Now my SiteID and API are 100% correct. I copy pasted them from the solaredge site and the API-key still works in domoticz (I’m migrating from domotica to HA).
Was this solved for everyone in this thread who reported the issue?

Same problem…

Is it possible to check the API key and URL in a browser eg Chrome?

Hi, Newbie here… first post.
I have the same problem.
Latest HA updates.

How do you test the API in a browser?

Thanks.
