Hope someone is able to help, I have a Google Nest thermostat which I setup and worked great. Unfortunately I had to blindly follow the instructions so now I have an issue I’m struggling to fix the problem.
My issue is that the thermostat stopped working due to a hardware issue, Google have given me a replacement and I have set everything up in the Nest app and Google Home. I can’t seem to add this device, I’ve used my Google Cloud Project ID and Device Access Project ID; I’m assuming the Device Access ID is the project number, if not any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
I should add, when I try to add a device it say “Account already configured”. That makes me think I am entering the correct details but somehow need to refresh the devices associated with the Google account
After all that, it was just a case of deleting the integration and reinstalling it.
