I have at least 3 sensors that when you click on it the info shows 7 days instead of 24 hours like usual.
Any ideas?

7 days - probably what you see is a statistics, not a REAL history (which shows 24 hrs by default).
Since 2022.11 the more-info popup shows a statistics instead of real data (not a good idea I think).
It only happens for sensors which have statistics.
