These messages are a new “behavior” of the newer kernel. We are investigating with the Linux kernel community to get rid of those again, see Console log lines after uprgading to 12.0 - CIFS: VFS: server does not advertise interfaces · Issue #3201 · home-assistant/operating-system · GitHub.
But they appear to be harmless for operation, so for now you can just ignore them.
