Something Similar to Echo Speaks?

Not sure how many of you moved over from SmartThings, I am still in the process of migrating things myself. However, an awesome smartapp (Echo Speaks) was released that utilized the echo announce feature in a simple way. Is there a way to do something similar in Home Assitant? I would love to be able to use my Echo’s for announcements.
