Somfy APIs completely unreliable

Hi there,

For a few days now, I’m wrestling with Somfy APIs for my blinds. I’m getting a shit ton of 500 errors in HA Core logs. Their application works fine (Somfy Windows) but the integration via HA Cloud not so much.

Who else is having this issue? Is there a way of “sharing” that news with Somfy engineering teams?

I have the same problem, various restarts and disabled polling, but nothing really works.

As long it’s caused by 500 errors, I’m not sure what we can do on the client side :frowning:

I’m tempted to revert back to the local integration and skipping Nabu Casa Cloud integration but I’m not even sure it will work better…

Hey, i have constant “unavailable” cover every now and then.
Same Error requesting somfy device update data: 500 Server Error: Internal Server Error for url: https://api.somfy.com/api/v1/site

Their API service has no SLA it sucks; Got 140 occurrences in 5 hours…
