Sonoff and tasmota with extra input on GPIO14 ---> HomeAssistant integration

Hi,

I try to use a Sonoff Basic module, with tasmota 14.3.0, but i need an extra input on the module. I’m using the GPIO14 pin for that.

The relay is working, HomeAssistant is able to use it, but the extra input does not work. On the tasmota side, i can see the input, when pulsing it, it’s visible on the console, the MQTT is working too, but at the Entity tab at the HomeAssistant side, the input is not shown.

2-3 years ago, i had the same problem, and i solved it, but i can’t remember how

Can someone help me with a hint, or config on the tasmota side, or HA side?

The relay is working, HA can controll it.

on GPIO0 is the button1
GPIO12 is the relay
GPIO13 is the LED,
GPIO14 is the extra switth_2 input

i used the setoption114, added a switchtext too… tested setoption 73…

What is the magic? How can i show up the GPIO14 pin in HA? Just an indicator…

Hi tmindegyi,

Well what is the thing you added to that gpio?

Just a simple switch. (I need it for feedback… The relay controlls an actiator, the.switch is the end position sensor)

So that is considered a relay. You need to add a relay to that pin in the Tasmota config screen.
