I just got a Sonoff dongle-m today and I am lost.
I went to update the firmware through usb and all was fine. When I took it of usb an tried to connect it with poe it would not start - no light.
I tried to update the firmware again since every time i did it it would start - orange light.
Now after it had it running and did configure it in HA i wanted to move it to better location. I did connect it to another cabel and nothing happens.
When I try to flash it it can not detect the firmware and keeps loading on "1 sec left".
What can I do? My pc recognises that there is something connected through the usb but the dongle doesn't seem to boot up.
EDIT: A little update. The newest driver from Windows Update does not work. I did a downgrade to version 6.7.6.2130 and now I can flash it again. It still can not startup without flashing the ESP32 first.
Every time I flash it i get the message "The current firmware on the ESP32 is unidentified.
To proceed with flashing the MG24, you must first restore the ESP32 to its official firmware." and
I can only select ESP32. After I flash the ESP32 and press connect again I can select both ESP32 and MG24.
