I found that the sonoff can be in a energy saving mode.
But where can i adjust this?

Sleep settings are set from the console on each individual sonoff… so to set the 50ms that they recommend you’d just go to the consol on each sonoff and type in sleep 50
your sonoff will reboot and you can type in just sleep to confirm that it saved
