Sonoff Integration - POWR316 are "Unavailable"

Recently my two POWR316 Sonoff switches stopped functioning.
All I get is "Unavailable (This entity is no longer being provided by the sonoff integration. If the entity is no longer in use, delete it in settings.). I restarted the Sonoff integration and Home Assistant. I am not sure if it is, but could this be in any way related to the 2024.1 release?

I also have problems with sonoff temperatur sensors. I don’t know if they lose connection or if ZHA thinks they are dead, if they aren’t reporting any data for several hours.
