Sonoff POW starts off after power cut

Hi I have several Sonoff POW and after a power cut, they start off, while I prefer they star with the switch On.

Is there any way to program it to start on?

What’s the CLI in ESPHOME, can’t I just add a yaml line code?

Sorry I assumed you were using Tasmota. Totally missed the category. The ESPHome option you want is “restore mode” ALLWAYS_ON.
