What do you think I should do so that Amazon environment sees it?

I immediately changed firmware using "ESPhome builder" after purchase. However, Amazon echo does not recognize but my my old WEMO switches did but they are about to go extinct at end of month. I thought maybe I should of used bluetooth first to install on EWElink. However, EWElink does not see it. I think maybe ESPhome firmware may not be bluetooth capable anymore.
Can you revert to factory firmware and try again?
Not sure if there is a way to re-install factory firmware. Will need to research that.
Do you know if “ESPhome Builder” firmware supports bluetooth on a Sonoff S31?

Tried this but did not work.
