Dear All,
regarding Sonoff, is it possible to have it in my HA environment WITHOUT external internet access?
I don’t want to use Sonoff extenal anything.

Sonoff ZB? Yes.

Sonoff + Espeasy - i did it.
Without reflashing with tasmota or espeasy?
If you don’t want to flash, go the ZigBee route. Albeit there are fewer choices and we don’t know which device you are looking at.
I use a ZigBee USB dongle with ZHA. I find that my ZB devices respond faster than any ZWave/wifi to date. That is completely a unempirical observation.
