Sonoff T1 problem can't flash?

i have problem with Sonoff T1 2G after update to Sonoff-Tasmota 6.4.1 it stop working i try flash again but no luck in putty give me this:

ererr%20sonoff%20T1

when i try put in flash mood, and the Rest bottom don’t blink no light at all, can you help me ?

I fix the Problem
i connect wire between GPIO0 and Gnd and put in Flash Mood Like in the Video:

and special thanks to DrZzs for help me to understand this Problem.
