Sonoff TRVZB changed closing steps value

Hello,
today I discovered that one of mine Sonoff TRVZB, integrated trough Zigbee2MQTT, had changed closing steps value.
Its value was 37 so the valve didn’t work as it could not open/close the radiator.
All other valves have this value between 376 and 443.
I tried to remove from Z2M and pair again, no solution.
I tried to hardware reset it via sonoff instructions, made a hardware calibration, and then pair again and the value changed from 37 to 44, still too low.
Then I removed and block listed it, Harwdare reset, re calibrate it and then removed from block list, and paired again.
This way the value of closing steps went to 398 and the TRV is working fine.

What could be the problem?
Is there any way I could debug this behaviour for next possible evenience?

Hello, i have also a trvzb which is changing its behavior in opening the heater valve.

Maybe the valve is very hard to press…

I will try to lube the pin to see if it helps.

Did you get any fixes?

Thank you for pointing to the steps, i will check the values at my system.

At which cluster or option you found the closing steps?

Hi
Sorry for late reply
It didn’t show this behavior anymore…
It had this problem two times and then suddenly started to work correctly.
