Sonoff usb zigbee dongle e - no devices in zigbee2MQTT

Hey, i have set up zigbee2mqtt and Moquitto Broker, everything is working fine.
But when i enable “allowing new devices to join” nothing happens.
I am using a Dell wyse 3040 with Home assistnat Supirvesed, Zigbee2MQTT Version 1.30.0-1,Mosquitto broker Version 6.1.3.

The Sonoff Stick is flashed brand new with this video

What did you expect to happen? Do you have devices which are ready to join?

Btw: The “-E” version of that dongle is experiemental.

Oh sorry that i haven not written this before.
I have 2 Ikea e14 tradfri bulbs and to tradfri dimmer remotes new the dongle. On the remotes i also pressed all the pairing buttons.

I have Tradfri bulbs myself. When I permit join and factory reset the bulbs (multiple times turning them off and on), they pair. So maybe the dongle is the cause.

Other thing usually causing issues are interfering WLANs or use of a USB3 port without an extension cord.

I have turned of m<y whole wirless network and used serveral usb extentions.
I think the stick is broken
