Hi all,
I just bought some sonoff ZBmini switches and connected 2 of them with my conbee 2 to home assistant. I use Deconz. When I try to turn on the switch I hear the device (relay) clicking and I see the red light burning which means it is on. In home assistant I can quickly see the switch turn to the right position, so “on”, but then it immediately turns back to the left “off”. So then the switch is on, but the status is off. When I then toggle the switch again, it don’t hear any click and the switch stays in the right position. It seems like the sonoff switch is reporting the incorrect status back to home assistant.
Has anyone seen the same behavior and know how to solve this?
update:
I removed the two mini’s from my Conbee 2 and added them to my Hue bridge instead. This time the devices work perfectly and the response is instant. Unfortunately my bridge is nearly full, so I would rather add them to my Conbee 2. If anyone has an idea what can be wrong, please let me know!
Hi I am having a similar situation but only with one ZBMini, I have 8 in the house, several within a couple of meters of the offending unit, so connectivity does not appear to be a problem.
Switching from the physical switch works fine, but switching from the dashboard, the switch icon moves, but the bulb icon does not change colour and after a couple of seconds the switch moves back to its original position.
Also Automations running on this device execute correctly but the switch does not toggle
I cannot even get to the point where you guys are: How do I even connect the ZBMini to the conbee 2 in via deconz? When I enable pairing and press the pairing button on the device nothing really happens.
I’m sorry to hear this, I also bought 8 of these, naively hoping it would work, given that there are other Sonoff devices apparently supported.
I have the same Problem - The device constantly switches on and off
