Sonoff ZBMINIL2 cant add to group

I just installed a ZBMINIL2 and for some reason I cant add it to a group, I have a
ZBMINI-L installed on a different light and it added to the same group no problem. I am getting an error when i try to add the L2
Failed to add from group (Command 0x90ab96fffe76c507/1 genGroups.add({"groupid":1,"groupname":""}, {"sendWhen":"immediate","timeout":10000,"disableResponse":false,"disableRecovery":false,"disableDefaultResponse":true,"direction":0,"srcEndpoint":null,"reservedBits":0,"manufacturerCode":null,"transactionSequenceNumber":null,"writeUndiv":false}) failed (Timeout - 51594 - 1 - 132 - 4 - 0 after
Anyone have any insight into this issue

I am experiencing the same problem.

I’m using Zigbee2Mqtt,
When I look at clusters seems that the GenGroups one is not implemented in the L2 device.
Can you check on the L one if it is?

Same problem here. The GenGroups is missing in clusters.

Same issue.

Is this something that is likely to get a fix does anyone know? I use groups in a big way within Z2M and I think I’ll have to go down a different rout of these can’t be added to groups.

Exact same issue here. Is there anything we can do or post somewhere to get this looked into?

Good I found this thread. I was fighting with two Sonoff Mini Extremes last night - exactly the same issue.
