I have installed the CH343SER drivers as well but no luck . Much appreciated any help to get this fixed.

Don’t know what “VA” is, maybe refer to a “Virtual Appliance” in VirtualBox? Or what do you mean?

Anyway, if you are using Home Assistant Operating System in a VM (Virtual Machine) running under Windows OS then you should not need to install the CH343SER drivers in Windows, as you should instead configure USB-passthrough (USB pass-through) of the USB-port to the virtual machine in the virtualization manager.

The only time you should need to install the CH343SER drivers in Windows is when you want to access the virtual COM port (virtual serial port) under Windows, which is only done when want to upgrade the firmware from Windows (which if it is the case should be done stand-alone and not with Home Assistant).

Regardless, it is really not recommended to run Home Assistant under Windows 10 or Windows 11. So unless you are just doing a temporarily test then you should reconsider installing Home Assistant Operating System on a different platform. It can still be in a virtual machine but you do not want that running under Windows 10 or Windows 11 as those is not meant to 24/7-365 like Home Assistant is designed to do.

PS: Sure have EFR32MG21-based Sonoff ZBDongle-E and not CC2652P-based Sonoff ZBDongle-P?
