Sonoff Zigbee Bridge and sensors how to setup a Home Alarm

Dear All,
I bought a Sonoff Bridge Zigbee and sonoff door sensors, movement sensors and temperature sensors.
Everything is visible from ewelink app and HA.
I would like to put on HA some schemas but I need some help:

  • Turn sensors in surveillance mode, like TOTAL ARMED and PARCIAL ARMED
  • Turn sensors disarmed - even if they feel any movement nothing will happens
  • Get alarm notifications if they were armed and for example turn on lights and so on
  • Stop alarm notifications

Does anyone have anything similar with this configuration and behaviour?

Many thanks, with a little corrections I did it!
Can you tell me how can I obtain when alarm is triggered and when a I received a notification what were the sensor that did regist the movement?
