Sonoff Zigbee Bridge Flash or not

Hi Guys, I bought this Sonoff Zigbee bridge, do we still need to flash the bridge to integrate the bridge into HA? Wondering if this has changed lately to not have to flash the bridge and that it will work in HA out the box?
