Sonoff Zigbee Devices paired, but show every now and then offline in Ewelink

I have a number of Sonoff Zigbee sensors which I paired to the Sonoff Zigbee Bridge. I have not flashed yet with Tasmota FW.

The sensors were paired correctly to the Hub, but every now and then 1 or more sensors show ‘offline’ in Ewelink App.

The only way to resolve this is by rebooting (power off/on) the Zigbee Bridge.
After the reboot the sensors then show ‘online’ again and function well.

Has anyone sn idea what is causing this issue and how to resolve permanently?

Is this an issue with Sonoff’s firmware of their Zigbee Bridge or their cloud servers controlling this?

Same problem here. I am usually trying to re-pair lost device. Sometimes it reconnects on its own, but this is very rare. Some devices are long term stable ( many months) some not. Really bad user experience. I have stopped ordering anything from SonOff. Trying Tuya now.

I resolved practically all these issues: most of those are caused by (close to) low battery power of the Sonoff Zigbee sensors. I modified here practically all of the sensors and power them now with fixed line 3.3 dvc from a 220vac power adapter.

Another thing is that the Zigbee Sonoff Bridge shall be not too far located from your WiFi router.
