I think I have flashed my sonoff ZigBee dongle, is there any way I can see if it has been flashed to the right one, can well run zigbeemtt as well as find devices.

I’m not sure from your post if you currently have zigbee2mqtt running or not. If you do, you can find the firmware date in the zigbee2mqtt GUI as shown below:
So you are at at what I think is current release version. What firmware did you flash your dongle with? Is the information your are showing in line with what you expected in the flashing step you did?
